Device activity patterns
Routine data from the Mirrorfolio device — when it detects activity, not what the activity is. This is how we provide awareness without surveillance.
Payment information
Processed securely through Razorpay. We never store card details directly.
Each piece of data has a clear purpose.If we don't need it, we don't ask for it.
What we don't collect

No video or audio recordings — ever
No location tracking of your parent

How data is stored
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Industry-standard protocols, nothing experimental.
Storage location
Data is stored on secure servers in India. We use established cloud infrastructure with strong compliance records.
Retention
Activity pattern data is retained only as long as needed for the product to function. Historical data older than 90 days is automatically deleted unless you choose to keep it.
Backups
We maintain encrypted backups for disaster recovery. These follow the same retention and deletion policies.
Who has access
Access to your data is tightly controlled.
You and your designated family members
You control who in your family can view activity awareness. No one is added without explicit consent.
Mirrorfolio support team
Only when actively troubleshooting an issue you've reported. Access is logged and time-limited.
No one else
We don't share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal requests are handled carefully.We will notify you if legally permitted before sharing anything with authorities.
